How to Set Up Your Vulta Payment Link in 5 Minutes

A step-by-step tutorial for setting up your first Vulta payment link in 5 minutes — from account creation to sharing your first link with a client.

This is the quickest path from “never used Vulta before” to “payment link ready to share.” Follow these steps and you’ll be set up in under 5 minutes.

Before You Start

You’ll need:

  • An email address
  • A crypto wallet address (MetaMask, Phantom, TrustWallet, or any other wallet)
  • 5 minutes

Step 1: Create Your Account (1 minute)

Go to vulta.one and click “Launch app” in the top right corner.

Click “Create account.” Enter your email and choose a password. Alternatively, click “Continue with Google” for one-click signup.

No phone verification, no identity documents, no waiting for approval. You’re in immediately.

Step 2: Add Your Wallet (1 minute)

In your dashboard, click “Wallets” in the sidebar.

Click “Add wallet.” Choose how you want to add it:

  • Connect wallet — click MetaMask, Phantom, or TrustWallet to connect directly
  • Add manually — paste your wallet address and select the network

Select the network (Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, Polygon, TRON, etc.) and the asset (ETH, USDC, BTC, USDT, SOL, etc.). Give it a label like “Main wallet” or “USDC for payments.”

Click Save.

Tip: Add a USDC Polygon address if you want to accept card payments from clients — this enables the fiat-to-crypto settlement flow.

Step 3: Create Your Payment Link (1 minute)

Click “Payment Links” in the sidebar, then “New Link.”

Set the amount: Enter a fixed amount (e.g., $750 for a specific project) or toggle to “open amount” if you want clients to enter the amount themselves.

Add a description: Something like “Brand design project — May 2026” or “Monthly retainer — June.”

Choose your wallet: Select the wallet you added in Step 2.

Optional settings:

  • Password protect the link
  • Set an expiry date

Click “Create Link.”

Step 4: Customize Your Link Page (Optional, 1 minute)

On Pro plans, click “Branding” in the sidebar to add your logo and customize colors. Your changes apply to all your payment links instantly.

Even on the free plan, the default Vulta checkout looks professional and clean.

Step 5: Share Your Link (30 seconds)

Your payment link is ready. Click “Copy link” to get the URL.

Send it to your client via:

  • Email (“Please use this link to complete your payment: [link]”)
  • Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram — anywhere you communicate
  • Attach to an invoice PDF

Your client opens the link, chooses card or crypto, pays, and you receive confirmation + crypto in your wallet within minutes.

That’s it. You’re set up.
