No. Vulta does not hold user balances at any time. When a client pays you via card or crypto, the funds settle directly to your designated, self-custodied wallet on-chain. This means that unlike PayPal or traditional banks, your money can never be frozen by us, and if Vulta were to go offline, your funds would remain completely safe and accessible in your own wallet.
